100% recommend for a momentary pause
Comfortable room, friendly staff, the hotel offers a fast wifi connection, and it's conveniently located just 300 metres from a metro station, making it easy to explore the area.

i almost thought about giving a good review, but how could i, when the cleaning was so poor? a broken toilet seat added insult to injury, along with the dated decor. i expected complimentary treats for such inconveniences, but no one even offered! beautiful location, though.

The cleanliness left much to be desired, yet
The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, but the overall condition of the hotel seemed outdated, which affected my stay. it was an average experience.

Conveniently located near the metro, making city exploration a breeze.
The air conditioning was inadequate, leading to uncomfortable nights.

Had a boss time at the hotel! The staff were sound, making us feel right at home. The location is mint—just a few minutes from the metro! But, the shower flooded every time, which was a bit of a pain.

Decently Located with Room for Improvement
Our stay was a mixed experience. The area buzzed with life, making it easy to find local shops and food spots. A mini-fridge in our room was a helpful touch. we faced issues with the shower and cleanliness. For good meals, explore places nearby instead of the hotel.

The location was perfect for walking to historical sites! Just a 25-min stroll to the Grand Bazaar. But the shower really needs fixing—it flooded with every use! 😒

The staff were really attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay, and I enjoyed the breakfast, even if it lacked variety. Plus, the location was great for exploring the city's main attractions.
A bit of improvement in noise insulation would enhance the experience, as outside sounds could be quite disruptive at times.

I appreciated the cozy ambiance in the lobby, with ample comfortable seating that is accessible for senior guests. The staff always greeted us with warmth, making the overall atmosphere feel inviting and friendly during my stay.
More variety in breakfast options would be welcome.

The accessibility to the Metro and tram is a real highlight, making it easy to zip around the city. The breakfast spread includes a decent assortment like cheese, fruits, boiled eggs, and fresh bread—enough to fuel your adventures without going overboard.
This place feels like it's stuck in a time warp—think 60s décor that really could use an update. The rooms are cramped, with a fridge that barely cools anything and thin windows that let in all the street noise, making sleep a challenge. The bathrooms are in dire need of repairs, with flooding showers being a frequent hassle. It’s also not the cleanest place, with complaints about dirty linens. The advertised swimming pool? More like a glorified hot tub that costs extra. Plus, watch out for the sketchy vibe in the surrounding area after dark—some odd characters roaming about. don't expect a true 4-star experience here. it's more of a mixed bag than anything else.

The Standard Double Room was small but modern and had a flat-screen TV with a decent selection of channels. The bathroom really needed work, though. the shower flooded every time we used it, which was super annoying. Housekeeping did a decent job but not great at sweeping or mopping. The walls were pretty thin, so you can hear noise from outside and between rooms, but I managed. not the worst, but definitely needs some improvements.
